A pair of Berlin KPM porcelain dessert plates from a service for Prince Heinrich

Model no. 189 with partially openwork border. Decorated with a bouquet of naturalistic flowers and flying insects. Blue sceptre mark, impressed marks. D c. 24.2 cm.
Around 1766/ 67, modelled by Friedrich Elias Meyer.

A service with a capuchin brown border and German flowers has survived from the furnishings of Prince Heinrich's (1726 - 1802) Rheinsberg palace, to which this plate almost certainly belonged.
