Cluster set bezel with an oval sapphire (c. 4.5 ct, c. 11.0 x 8.2 x 4.09 mm) surrounded by 24 brilliant-cut diamonds (in total c. 1.44 ct, G/H, vvs). Hallmarks: Fineness 750. Sapphire with noticeable signs of wear. Ring size 52 (with reduction insert). Weight 7.7 g.
