An Italian Blue John vase

Baluster-form carved fluorite vase with serpentine handles and mountings of gilt copper and bronze. Engraved with Roman numerals on the base for the numbering of the mountings. H 13.1 cm.
The mountings attributed to Naples, early 17th C., the original glass possibly replaced with stone in the late 18th C.
