A South German pewter plate with a depiction of Noah

With a central round medallion depicting Noah's banquet in thanks for deliverance from the flood, inscribed and dated "NOE+GIENG+AVS/ DER+ARCH +GETR/ OST+OPFEDT/ 16. GOTT. 19". The border decorated with scenes from the book of Moses alongside Mannerist vase motifs. With a soldered repair to the underside. D 17.5 cm, weight 173 g.
