Double group from the Schwanenkükenbrunnen, Krefeld (Sitzender Schwan putzt sich)
1905

Bronze. Height 21 cm. Unsigned. Presumably a lifetime or early cast from the estate-approved edition from 1921 which had only planned not more than 20 casts. - Anthracite-coloured patina. A short, possibly war-related marginal crack to flat plinth and an almost imperceptible rubbing on beak.
