A Belle Epoque platinum natural Ceylon sapphire and diamond ring.

Moulded ring band, the bezel cluster set with an oval Ceylon sapphire of ca. 5,00 ct (ca. 14,50 x 10,20 x 4,43 mm, NTE) surrounded by 80 tiny old-cut diamonds in two rows. No hallmarks. The ring band extended. Bezel 2.1 x 1.8 cm. Ring size 54. Weight 6.80 g.

Certificate

Gemstone report no. 034401 of DSEF, Idar-Oberstein dated 13.10.2022, confirming that the transparent blue stone is a natural sapphire. No signs of heating (NTE). Origin: Sri Lanka. Tested insofar mounting permits.
