A Meissen porcelain box with Chinoiserie decor

The original lid with a disc finial. Decorated with four Chinoiserie scenes in strapwork surrounds. Blue crossed swords mark, 43 in gold. Minor wear, the body with minor rim chips. H 10.2, lid diameter 11.5 cm.
C. 1730 - 35, attributed to Christian Friedrich Herold.
