A Nymphenburg porcelain snuff box with castle motifs

Silver-mounted box decorated with thick rocaille reliefs framing scenes of castles on the base and lid. With an identical design to the inside of the lid. Impressed rhombus mark to the interior. Restored. H 5.1, W 7.8, D 6.6 cm.
C. 1760 - 70, decor attributed to Joseph König or Christoph Georg Lindemann
