A very large carved wooden pillar.

Displaying altogethr eight tiers, above a lotus petal border one tier with twelve Buddhas holding their arms up in prayer, the next one with Buddhas holding alms bowls, followed by five tiers of monks holding bowls and ending at the tapering tip with a row of six Buddha Shakyamuni in meditation and with hands in bhumisparshamudra. Remains of a black lacquer. Small crack in the upper portion.
