A Berlin enamel snuff box with a pug dog

Small chest-shaped box with gilt copper mountings. The outer surfaces painted with ermine and fur designs, the lid with a small pug dog. The interior with a trompe l'oiel motif of letters.
Attributed to Alexander Fromery manufactory, early 1760s.
