An 18k gold diamond and emerald cabochon dog rose brooch. Detacheable center piece can also be worn with a later bow brooch.

Designed as a stylised dog rose set with 98 brilliant- and 8/8-cut diamonds (in total c. 1.76 ct, H/I,vs). The flower with a round emerald cabochon (9.67 x 8.43 mm) surrounded by 17 small 8/8-cut diamonds (in total c. 0.09 ct). The central element converted later to be removable (with safety clasp) and can be inserted into a small bow brooch set with 27 small brilliant-cut diamonds (in total c. 0.27 ct). No hallmarks. One small 8/8-cut diamond lost. 3.9 x 3.2 cm and 2.0 x 1.8 cm (bow). Total weight 15.74 g.
