Set with a faceted oval sapphire of c. 4.19 ct (c. 10.17 x 7.90 x 5.66 mm) surrounded by 12 brilliant- and baguette-cut diamonds (in total c. 1.86 ct, K/L, vvs). Hallmarks: Fineness 750, maker's mark "RCI". Ring band reduced. Ring size 57. Weight 8.45 g.
