A Meissen porcelain tea caddy with "hausmaler" decor

Painted throughout with a garden scene with a couple reading with Harlequin in the background and a couple giving alms. Smoothed base with faint blue crossed swords mark, embosser's number 46, conjoined purple monogram AL. The lid replaced. H 13 cm.
Mid-18th C, decor attributed to F. J. Ferner.
