Two Nepalese ritual masks

Both carved from dark patinated wood. a) with narrowly set eyes and a strictly cut nose. On the forehead above a cultic gold leaf decoration the trishul, the open mouth inlaid with teeth (one missing), applied moustache and chin beard, and b) with long, prominent nose and an open, fully toothed mouth. Both mounted on a metal stand. (2)
