A silver 14k gold and diamond pendant brooch with detachable mount.

Openwork foliate motif with hinged bail, set with 53 cushion-cut, old-cut and rose-cut diamonds, in total c. 4.5 ct (M-Q, si-p. central cushion cut stone c. 0.85 ct, K/L, si) and a small pearl droplet. Removable brooch pin, bail and droplet. No hallmarks. The pearl droplet replaced. Total H 5.5 cm. W 4.0 cm. Weight 15.08 g.
