A French 18k white gold diamond and carved ruby Retro style brooch.

Openwork design made from gold wire set with 18 carved ruby leaves (in total c. 10.80 ct) and 27 brilliant-cut diamonds (in total c. 0.80 ct, G/H, vs). With a hook for use as a pendant on the reverse. Hallmarks: French "tête de Mercure" petit guarantee for French export, mis-struck maker's mark "Sté....". 3.0 x 4.5 cm. Weight 16.30 g.
