Moulded cuff design set with a natural pendeloque-cut orange topaz of c. 8.31 ct (c. 14.56 x 11.4 x 7.96 mm) and 20 pavé brilliant-cut diamonds (in total c. 1.20 ct, H/I, vs-si). Hallmarks: Italian fineness 750, "Gemayel". The central stone loose in the mount. W 2.1 cm. Ring size 52. Weight 18.33 g.
