An 18k white gold sapphire diamond and opal clip brooch.

Set with eight oval opal cabochons (in total c. 16.38 ct), 17 navette-cut sapphires (in total c. 3.96 ct) and 13 brilliant-cut diamonds (in total c. 0.91 ct). Hallmarks: Fineness 750, "René Kern ges. gesch.", numbered 14722. One opal with minor shrinkage cracks. 5.3 x 5.0 cm. Weight 23.18 g. With suede case marked "René Kern".
