A Meissen porcelain tea bowl and saucer with a palace inventory number from the tower room of the residence palace Dresden

Exceedingly thinly potted tea bowl of tapering form with a slightly flaring rim and original saucer. Finely painted with “three friends of winter” motifs (pine, bamboo and prunus). The well of the saucer with a small prunus sprig. Blue enamel crossed swords mark (tea bowl), engraved and blackened inventory number “N=243 w” (both pieces), dreher's mark . . in the basal ring for Johann Martin Kittel Jr. Loss of pigment to the saucer.
1728 - 1733.
