Displaying alltogether five geese in silver and gold takamakie with a little brown and black lacquer, on a very fine nashiji going over into a roiro ground. Red lacquer and fundame to the inside. Signed Eikō (Hidemitsu/Terumitsu) with kaō. Coral-red glass ojime and ivory netsuke of a stylised bird, early 19th century. Wooden box.
