In two parts, of bijutsugatana-type made from black wood, the handle with asa-no-ha-pattern, with a mekugi and another fitting of dark patinated metal. The saya with a highly stylised seigaiha-pattern. The kozuka missing. Inscribed above the kurigata with a Chinese-style verse. Rest.
