Philips Wouwerman, follower of

River Landscape with Riders and Figures at Rest

Oil on canvas (relined). 51 x 42 cm.

This painting is a copy of the left half of a work in the style of Philips Wouwerman in Glasgow (Art Gallery and Museums, inv. no. 64), which, together with a copy of the right half, was auctioned in Paris in 1977 as a work by Pieter Wouwerman.
