Displaying a cicada sitting on the straight trunk of a chestnut tree with large veined leaves and fruits in their spiny capules, in gold hiramakie and black lacquer relief, on a roiro ground. Nashiji and fundame to the inside. A bone ojime in shape of a trunk with an insect sitting on it and a wood netsuke of a branch with an insect, probably a cicada. Seal mark.
