Portfolio with a text by André Breton, a signed colour lithograph on Arches wove paper, numbered 276/350, and 22 colour pochoirs on sturdy wove paper ca. 35.7 x 43.5 cm resp. 43.5 x 37.5 cm, made after gouaches painted between January 1, 1940, and September 12, 1941. Set 276/389, the justification signed by Miró and by Breton. The pochoirs each in a paper cover with printed title. Loose sheets and double sheets in a paper cover with printed title, in light brown linen case with printed title (with minimal traces of age) 47.5 x 38.5 cm. Pierre Matisse, New York 1959. - The colour lithograph weakly browned and with light browning along the edges of the mat opening, some of the pochoirs lightly browned on verso and with insignificant mounting remnants.
