Lithograph on smooth, firm ivory colored paper 47.9 x 25.1 cm (60.4 x 44.1 cm), framed under glass. Signed lower right as well as dedicated Für Grete De in ink on the left margin and with the addition (upside down) Für O in the upper right corner. - The paper minimally browned within the former mat opening; with slight foxing especially in the lower left margin.

The composition is related to the oil painting "C VIII" from 1922 (Kunstmuseum Hannover, see K. Passuth, op. cit. nr. 51 with color ill.)
