On the occasion of Henrik Hanstein’s 50th auction anniversary, Lempertz is holding an exceptional sale that brings together the house’s wide-ranging expertise in a special way. Under the title“50 Lots - My Choice” fifty selected artworks and objects from various Lempertz departments will be presented on December 4, 2025 - spanning Old Masters, 19th-century art, Modern and Contemporary Art, and complemented by exquisite pieces from the fields of Jewellery and Decorative Arts.

This anniversary auction marks another milestone in the history of the venerable auction house and invites a dialogue across cultures and eras, where different periods and styles meet in a distinctive way.
