An early Meissen porcelain teabowl with a palace inventory number

Thin-walled circular cup with original saucer. Finely painted with the "three friends of winter" motif (pine, bamboo, and plum) and a small plum sprig to the well. Blue enamelled crossed swords mark, engraved N=243 w., the cup with potter's mark of Johann Martin Kittel jun.
