Signed O Modersohn (possibly supplemented) in red in lower right, on the back of the chassis at upper left titled in pencil "Blick auf Hindelang/ Wiesen" by Mathilde (Tille) Modersohn. - The composition originally was smaller, the upper border (4 cm) was originally wrapped over the chassis. - The compositional edges with random rubbing.

According to Rainer Noeres the painting is listed in the studio register under the year 1933, nr. 114. The handwritten title is from Mathilde (Tille) Modersohn." (message dated October 9, 2009).
