A large Meissen porcelain vase with amoretti

Fired in two parts and screw-mounted. Vase with reed form handles, two putti and applied floral garlands, one side painted with a scene of figures in a garden after Watteau, one with a large flower arrangement. Blue crossed swords mark with pronounced pommels, incised cursive mark BC, impressed nos. No lid. Chips to the flowers, leaves, and legs of the beetles, the toes of the lower putto, the wing of the upper putto lost. H 58 cm.
The model by Johann Joachim Kaendler, 1760, fired last quarter 19th C.
