An ivory okimono-type netsuke of a courtier, by Masayuki. Second half 19th century

Kneeling, both hands hidden under long sleeves, holding a fan in his right hand, while the other is placed on his short sword (tantô). Hair and trousers stained black. Signed Masayuki with kaô in a gourd-shaped reserve.
