A Meissen porcelain plate with brocade pattern decor.

Of flat form with an angular border. The decor based on Japanese Arita porcelain patterns, the upper section with kakiemon style squirrel and rice straw decor. Blue crossed swords mark, impressed number 20. D 24.2 cm.
Ca. 1740.
