A Northwest Indian bronze altar of Vishnu, standing, the right main hand in varada mudra, the other hands holding shankha, gada and chakra, to his sides Gadadevi and Chakrapurusha in front of them females figures with sword and shield, at the base Garuda, on the back plate with vyala the ten avatars of Vishnu, above Ganesha, Brahma und Shiva. Eye pupils and other tiny details inlaid in silver. 12th/14th century.
