A late Gothic Lübeck silver spoon

Oval bowl with short facetted handle terminating in a crown. The bowl engraved "o" in a circle. L 11.2 cm, weight 37 g.
Marks of Hans Plate, circa 1530.

A communion chalice by this master made for St. Knuds church in Bornholm is today housed in the Danish National Museum in Copenhagen (inv. no. D3753).
