An ivory netsuke of a crawling boy. Early 20th century

Wearing a sleeveless jacket, a bib tied around his neck and an eboshi.
The netsuke takes its inspiration from the gosho ningyo, the dolls of chubby boys, popular in the Taishô period.
Height 3.2 cm; length 4.4 cm
