An unusually large Edo school ivory netsuke of twelve nô and kyôgen masks, by Gyokkôsai. Mid-19th century

At the top Okina and Beshimi, to the left Okame and Ebisu, and Waraijô and Hannya to the right, beside Ebisu a mask of Daikoku, at the base Oni, Beshimi, Usobuki and Omote, and another mask of an old woman. Signed Gyokkôsai.
Height 2.9 cm; length 5.1 cm
