A porcelain plate centrally decorated in enamels with a man sowing and inscribed "Free labour is blessed by God" amid tools.

With a green stamped Alexander III 93 mark; blue enamel hammer, sickle and cog mark of 1918. The porcelain contaminated by ash from firing. D 21.4 cm.
Fired by Lomonosov St. Petersburg 1893, painted in 1918 after a motif by Weniamin Belkin.
