A Fürstenberg porcelain dessert plate

with a circular openwork design to the border and rock and bird decor. Blue F mark, blue G, dreher's marks B and G. D 24.2 cm.
After 1756.

This plate originates from the service commissioned by the Markgräflich-Ansbach Minister Johann Friedrich Wilhelm von Seckendorff in 1756. Three painters come into question as the possible designers of the decor - Georg Friedrich Geisler, Christian Friedrich Geisler or August Gronau.
