A large wood netsuke of a tengu no tamago. 19th century

The long-haired karasu tengu with large eyes and a prominent beak breaks out from an egg, one wing and three claws visible, one of them resting on the egg shell. The tengu with a darker stain than the egg shell.
Height 3.2 cm; length 5.7 cm
