A possibly Western China iron helmet and parts of an armour, the helmet with twenty rivets, a sliding nasal bar, cheek pieces and flexible neck guard, decorated with scrolls in engraving and spherical brass heads, the multi-layered shoulder guards with scrolls, the engraving rubbed with gold, and spherical brass heads. Possibly 19th century. (3)

Lieutenant General Sir Reginald Savory, an officer in the British Indian Army from 1925 to 1948
Since 1945 Count Robin de la Lanne-Mirlees (1925-2012).
Count Robin played a large role in the development of the James Bond character. A Scottish aristocrat well known for wooing beautiful women, he worked with Ian Fleming on his book On Her Majesty's Secret Service, and was the main inspiriation for the characteristics of James Bond.
