A Sinotibetan gilt bronze figure of Buddha Amitayus seated in dhyanasana with the amrita vase held in his lap, dressed in a sanghati and adorned with jewellery, the hair in a tall chignon with locks escaping over the shoulders. Base sealed and incised with a double-vajra. 18th century.
