An 18k gold and jadeite demi parure.

Comprising a bombé form pendant and a pair of segmented earrings. Set with 10 brilliant- and 8/8-cut diamonds and florally cut jadeite (A-Type). The pendant with a convex jade disc (ca. 28 x 15 mm), the earrings with jade discs (diameter ca. 14,2 mm). Total H 5 cm, weight 23.6 g. H earrings 4.5 cm. Total weight 42.4 g.
Kiel, Hofjuwelier Hansen, probably 1930/40s.

According to family tradition, the father of the current owner was a geologist and had this garniture specially made with jade stones which he provided.
