An 18k rhodium plated gold and diamond Belle Epoque collier

Designed as 22 graduated links formed as delicate laurel leaves. Fully set with ca. 265 cushion shaped old-cut and rose-cut diamonds, as well as an oval shaped diamond of ca. 1.25ct flanked by two diamond droplets, in total ca. 0.95ct. The stones in total ca. 25ct. Two screw fixtures to the reverse originally allowed the central piece to be removed and worn on a band as a tiara. The rhodium plating worn, two tiny rose-cut diamonds lacking. With minimal repairs, three stones replaced. L ca. 38 cm. Weight 47.3 g.
