A 14k gold and pearl heart-shaped pendant

A four-stranded necklace of small Oriental and cultured pearls, the round clasp set with rose-cut diamonds. Suspending a heart-shaped medallion with hairwork to the reverse, pavé set with old-cut diamonds of in total ca. 1.90ct, the remaining stones in total ca. 0.30ct. The pendant with a replaced 18k gold hook. L 34 cm. Pendant: 3 x 1.7 cm. Total weight 20.2 g.
