Mahogany veneer case, the short sides with bronze handles and pierced ormolu panels backed with textile, the long sides glazed. Silver-plated dial with central date aperture. Eight-day running with catgut suspension, chain and fusee, and quarter-hourly musical striking to eight bells, hourly striking to one bell, and switch to turn off the striking. Engraved to the bezel: THO.s LOZANO EN LONDRES. In need of repair, a minor loss to the reverse around the keyhole. H 59, W 35.5, D 23 cm.
