Designed as a fabric rosette set with a central coral cameo carved with a ladies head surrounded by tiny brilliant-cut diamonds (in total ca. 0.80 ct, J/K, vs-si). With a steel pin rest. Diameter 6.5 cm. Weight 59.4 g.
1940s/50s, using an early 19th century cameo.
