A Sinotibetan gilt bronze figure of Damcan. 18th/19th century

Seated astride a mule above a single lotus base, his arms both outstretched with hands in tarjani mudra, wearing long flowing robes incised with floral borders, boots and a cymbal-shaped hat (tipshu). Base sealed and separately cast.
