A pear-shaped bronze vase for incense tools. 17th century

A pear-shaped bronze vase for incense tools with two c-shaped handles, the body with two lobed reserves filled with Arabic inscription reading Glory to God and Praise to the God on a ring-punched ground. 17th century. At the base the collector's number 128 in white ink.
Height 15.7 cm

In his book Franz Xaver Bachem mentions that he owns six "Chinese-Islamic" pieces, all of which came into his hands in 1912.
