A set of four fencai rectangular plaques depicting The Four Lovers. Dated 1932

Of rectangular shape depicting The Four Lovers Lin Hejing who admirers the plum, Zhou Dunyi with a boy attendant holding a lotus stem, Wang Xizhi with two geese and Tao Yuanming with a boy attendant holding a basket with chrysanthemum below a pine tree. Inscription, dated cyclically renshen (1932), signed Xichang Taomi sanren Wang Qi, Xichang Wang Qi, Xichang Wang Qi and the studio name Tao tao zhai, Wang Qi and sealed Tao Zhai. (4)
