A Berlin KPM porcelain cup for the 100th anniversary of the death of Beethoven

"Walzenform" model on claw feet, with original saucer. Painted with a portrait of the composer en grisaille flanked by winged genii and stars in a gilt etched oval surround. The saucer inscribed with the dates 1827 - 1927. Blue sceptre mark, red imperial orb mark, black 125/429 and G., year letter ß., iron red inscription "VON 300 STÜCKEN NR. 155".
