Commesso work in red coral carved with the head of Bacchus in a vine leaf crown, with the Thyrsus and a ram. With a hanging loop and brooch mountings. Minor signs of wear to the appliques. Ca. 7 x 3.5 cm. Weight 53.07 g.
Presumably Italian, 17th / 18th C. in a modern setting.
